Duration

Introduction
KLM Development Romania is a project development company focused on utility-scale photovoltaic and battery storage systems in Southern Romania.
The objective of this project was to build a corporate website that communicates:
- Technical credibility
- Legal authority & licensing competence
- Investor-readiness (RTB projects)
- Structured process transparency
- Cross-border professionalism (German–Romanian positioning)
Challenge
Communicating a highly regulated, technically complex renewable energy development process to multiple stakeholders — landowners, investors, and authorities — while building immediate institutional trust and cross-border credibility.
Approach
Structured the website around the real project development workflow (from land analysis to RTB), reinforced by legal authority signals, process transparency, and a German-standard corporate tone to position the company as a reliable infrastructure partner — not a local contractor.
Services
The project covered a complete visual transformation of the presentation, ensuring strong branding and high-impact communication:
- Brand positioning refinement
- Information architecture planning
- Full website UX structure
- Corporate copy structure & tone direction
- Conversion mapping (multi-audience)
