OC Detailing is a premium automotive detailing company that focuses on high-end polishing, coating, and maintenance services. However, customer management still relied heavily on manual communication, resulting in inconsistent follow-ups and missed business opportunities. This project aimed to transform their customer retention process through a professionally developed CRM presentation designed to secure stakeholder approval and facilitate internal decision-making.
Challenge
Despite having a strong customer base and service quality, OC Detailing struggled to maintain consistent return customers due to a lack of automated reminders and centralized customer data.
